Lymph Node: A lot of poss answers to this & a lot depends on the characteristics it. There are a lot of areas of lymph nodes in the body (see pic) including in the "submandibular" space below the chin. This could be from your body fighting a viral or bacterial infection-which may need tx. If viral it will likely go away by itself. Could also be an abscess or other prob. If stays, red, warm, fever get checked
