Cyst needs study: Fluid filled ovarian mass is a cytst either simple or complex. Simple cysts larger than 5cm need excision. complex cysts probably should be removed. Ca 125 has little value unless lesion is malignant, has been removed and Ca 125 used for monitoring response .to treatment.
