Ovarian cancer ?'s: Elevation in Ca 125 can be caused by ovarian cancer outside the ovary ( i.e., intraperitoneal metastasis). There are other causes of elevated Ca 125, but see your physician or a gyn oncologist to be certain as soon as possible.
