Mom has stage iiic ovarian cancer, finished 4th chemo, bloating has returned. does this mean her cancer is progressing? ca125 is 981 from 4250?

Ovarian cancer: With tumor marker ca125 coming down i don't think her cancer is returning, it is either constipation or an effect of the chemo on her bowels or other meds.
