While one cannot: Cure it, the symptoms can be treated. Medication, exercise, therapy, splinting, activity modification and surgery. Exercises that can help are going through a full gentle range of motion each day. Warmth helps ease stiffness, such as a warm shower or parafin bath. cold eases swelling associated with increased use. Bouchards nodes are over the pip joints but will not go away with treatment
