Sinus: Could just be sinus congestion. Concussion is caused by hitting your head maybe in a fall or something. Sounds like you have sinus congestion from your cold which can cause a headache. Take otc cold remedy. If it persists see your physician.

Headache: Without a history of head trauma a concussion would not be a issue. Sounds more like a sinusitis from a cold.
