Salty= high BP: It could depend on what you are eating. Foods high in salt can increase your blood pressure causing you to feel increased pressure in your head. For now, avoid salty foods. Seek medical care if the pressure increases or you have vision or hearing changes, or if you are nauseated.

Post-concussional: Assuming this was a straightforwards acute traumatic event, the sequelae should last less than 6 weeks and resolve during that time. Headaches and "head pressure" are quite common. One suggestion to consume low salt diet is worthwhile pursuing and would also suggest avoidance of alcohol and caffeine during this time.
