Read this: http://www.healthychildren.org/English/healthy-living/sports/Pages/Sports-Supplements.aspx This product has lots of vitamins and "creatine precursors". Teens have plenty of "creatine precursors" and will build up the creatine they need by exercising. Beside being expensive, we don't know their risks.
