Routine Visit: The two main parts to a sports physical are the medical history and the physical exam. Exam includes recording height/weight, blood pressure and pulse, visual exam, checking heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose, and throat, and evaluating posture, joints, strength, and flexibility. The doctor may also ask her about her period and diet. Its a simple and easy exam that is very routine. No worries.
