What are the causes for chronic eritemous exudative pangastritis and how/how long is it treated? no biopsy taken during egd, no h.pylori in faeces.

Gastritis: Gastritis could be commonly from hyperacidity, bacterial infection or drug related. If it drug related stop the medication common drugs are asprin and non steroidal anti inflammatory agents like advil, ibuprofen aleve (naproxen) etc. Usually recommended to take the treatment for 6-8 wks.
