Tardive Dyskinesia: Tardive Dyskinesia isn't usually mentioned as a possible side effect from zoloft (sertraline) because it would be so rare for this medication. I really wouldn't discount this medication for that reason. Although it technically can occur - I haven't heard of any cases.

Tardive dyskinesia: is not a usual side effect of Zoloft (sertraline). It is more a side effect of the antipsychotics not really the SSRIs
