A 54-year-old male asked:

My cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mg/day ran out yesterday cold turkey, what type of side effects are in store for me?

None: You can't have side effects from a drug you're not taking. If you're talking about withdrawal, hard to say. Certainly if you were taking it for depression, getting depressed again is a possibility.

Unstable mood: would top the list of possibilities. If you are on Cymbalta (duloxetine) for pain management your pain may worsen. Try to get a refill tomorrow or Monday at the latest.
