I started cymbalta (duloxetine) 60 mg yesterday and i'm already having vomiting any advices? ?

Vomiting: Stop Cymbalta (duloxetine) until you can call your doctor to report vomiting and ask for advice about how to proceed.

Cymbalta (duloxetine): If you are using 20mg capsules - you can take that 3 times a day (rather than 60mg all at once). If you are using 30mg capsules - you can take that twice a day. You can take with food. Adding in probiotics can be very effective. Please let your prescribing physician know. Take care.
