Depends: It is not unusual to be asymptomatic on day 2 off Cymbalta (duloxetine). Some people can tolerate abrupt discontinuation of Cymbalta (duloxetine) at that dose without problems. However, it is recommended that Cymbalta (duloxetine) be weaned off gradually with oversight by your doctor. Stopping Cymbalta (duloxetine) cold turkey can induce symptoms such as insomnia, agitation, sweating, anxiety and depression, and can last for weeks. See doctor.
