Toddler oximetry test-- o2 actually looks great. but i keep noticing heart rate spiking from 90-ish to 120-ish while laying still. is that weird?

Acid reflux???: It would be helpful to know why you are monitoring with a pulse oximeter for a more complete answer, but acid reflux would be a consideration for this finding.

Mgt: The Oximetry test includes a pulse rate and sometimes does not pick up the heart rate consistently. If your child has an elevated HR, an EKG can help to detect any abnormalities. Fever can also elevate heart rate and checking his temperature during those episodes is recommended.
