Impossible: you can control the salt you add in your food but you could never be able to eliminate all the salt some are naturally there and you can eliminate that saying that if you did decided to eliminate the salt from your diet and you are taking any medication that affect your kidney or your electrolytes then yes your body have a very powerful compensation mechanism that will balance the electrolyte
