Hello, So yesterday, I slipped on the ground and fell on my knees and shoulder. I immediately got up and suddenly I had severe dizziness. I had to sit down for like 1 minute and it went away. Could it be a concussion? Didnt fall on my head or neck?
I hit the right side of my head hard on a wall 3 days ago, got a lump after a few hours on the temple, with neck, head, even cheekbone pain. I haven't had any concussion symptoms like nausea/dizziness. Is this normal or should I get checked out?
