See a doc: my best advice us to go see a doctor, prob a surgeon. May want to do a ct scan and see what is going on

Hernia/scar/adhesion: Pain at scar site may be from a small incisional hernia, scar itself, lacerated nerve etc. appendiceal opening can still be seen if a small stump was left behind at time of operation. Vomiting is most likely not related to that operation unless you have adhesions causing obstruction. CT scan may provide further information.
