Healthy diet: You can just eat a healthy diet. Yes spicy foods and milk are safe as are most all other foods. Avoid uncooked meat and unpasteurized cheese. Avoid eating at restaurants where employees may not have washed their hands. Avoid multiple servings per week of high mercury fish such as shark, mackerel and sword fish.
