My boyfriend did a biopsy and was diagnosed seborrheic keratosis instead of hpv wart which was a good news but is it still dangerous for me?

NO: It is not a germ, not an infection, not a wart, not a cancer. OK to ignore it.

Not necesssarily: Seborrheic keratosis in the genital region often do harbor HPV, the same virus that causes warts. Generally they will not be high risk, oncogenic subtypes. Given your age you might want to take the HPV vaccine.
