Stress: in my opinion stress will cause vasodilatation and make a small vessel look like it is pulsating or a spasm in the muscle will make it look that way if you are concern go and see a doctor will examined you either will assure you or treat you good luck

Blepharospasm: Blepharospasm is the medical name for twitching of the eyelid. Like any muscle twitch or spasm, it may the result of dehydration (and subsequent imbalances of electrolytes like sodium and potassium), poor sleep hygiene, poor stress management or deficiencies of vitamins such as magnesium, vitamin D or B12.
