Stress: in my opinion stress will cause vasodilatation and make a small vessel look like it is pulsating or a spasm in the muscle will make it look that way if you are concern go and see a doctor will examined you either will assure you or treat you good luck

Blepharospasm: Blepharospasm is the medical name for twitching of the eyelid.
