I had a dr and urologist check my testicles, they said everything was normal, yet i have a hard lump that seems to come and go, should i worry?

No worries: If your doctors found no problem, then you probably are safe. Did they do an ultrasound of your scrotum? Did they explain what is actually causing the lump? If you didn't get an explanation, you should request one. Hope that helps.
