Constipation: Depending on her age, you can use apple or prune juice, corn syrup, glycerin suppository, gentle anal stimulation. Assuming no other health issues, most babies should have a daily bowel movement or at least every other day. Have her doctor examine her for any underlying problems and treat as indicated.

Water, juice, suppos: It's not uncommon for a baby to become constipated after starting solid food. Help by adding small servings of water (2-4 oz) to the usual feedings. Switch to 100% apple, pear or prune juice if water doesn't help. Try puréed peas or prunes; offer barley instead of rice cereal. If no better, try glycerine suppositories sparingly. If still no better, then see baby's clinician. Hope that helps.
