My 6 month old baby pooping very frequently for last 3 days.the poop is soft but not runny.she is fed breastmilk,formula and solid since last 1 month.

Can be normal: A breastfed baby can poop a little smear after every feed or a cradle filler once a week. Add other feeds & this begins to vary more. As long as it is soft when they go I don't worry much about frequency. They are more a problem when they are passing hard stools or watery ones.
