Adult height: Your height is genetically determined and girls usually end up somewhere between both parents. When the ends of the bones in your body close solidly, the bones can no longer grow. By 19 years old, you have achieved most of your adult height. You may grow aa very little bit more, but you cannot change your genetic height. Your height is normal.
