Evaluate: Do confirm the diagnosis. Please make sure, it's not yeast infection or impetigo. That may need different meds. Benzoyl Peroxide is primarily use for acne and can be an irritant in sensitive areas. Folliculitis, if that is what it is...often is bacterial infection.
