Red bumps on my stomach. they spread to my chest and then arms and thighs. been in hottub. spread out, feel like ingrown hair, no itch, folliculitis ?

Could be: It could be "hot-tub folliculitis" which typically goes away on its own if a person stays out of the hot tub until the rash is gone. Rashes are hard to describe and to visualize in words, so a doctor would have to examine the rash to tell what it really could be.
