I just bought colin cleansing pills and on the bottle it says to take them right before bed. would it be a big deal if i took them at a different time?

I don't think: it matters when you take them as I feel they are a big waste of money. The colon is a one way disposable system and has no ability to store anything. It has no need of cleansing unless we are going to look inside for a study.
