Hard lump under skin after boil on my face. its not that large rather hard. doctor used blade to actually pop it but hard lump is still present. when i pressed very hard slight amount of liquid did came out for 2-3 days but not now.

Abscess/boil: It sounds like an abscess or boil as described and certainly the definitive treatment is incision and drainage, with antibiotics. At times, there may be a palpable cystic "core" to the abscess/boil and a more definitive removal may be required by a surgeon (preferably plastics on the face) to assure core eradication so the issues heals best and does not return. Get 2nd opinion from: a dermatologist before you create a scar on your face. This definitely needs more evaluation and treatment! Work with your PCP to get the referral. This is not normal.
