Chilblains: Some risk factors for Chilblains include: being female, being underweight, poor circulation & carrying a diagnosis of Raynaud's Phenomenon. Other risks are: Skin being exposed to cold/ dampness. Living in an area of high humidity w low temperature & the time period from start of winter to spring. If you are 20% or more underweight - consider reaching a more optimum weight. Cover skin.
