I do not know.: Chilblains are of the hands and feet not the eyes. It is generally thought to be inflammation of the hands due to cold. If this is what you have of the eyelids , then I would use a moisturizer. I do not know otherwise what you mean. Best wishes.

Sure it's chillblain: Are you sure it is chillblains? Eyelids are an unusual place (usually they occur in fingers or toes from cold exposure). In any case, easy and nonharmful treatments include keeping the eyelids warm but dry (may try a hair dryer), tincture of benzoin with iodine applied to the affected area (if u canfind it; don't glue the eyelids shut, though). 1% hydrocortisone cream for a few days cd help.
