It depends: Chillblains are a form of tissue injury that exposure to damp cold can cause. Treatment will then be at keeping the feet warm, dry, and offering symptom relief. Some medical conditions can predispose you to this (such as connective tissue disorders). Some have luck with medications (calcium channel blockers) to prevent recurrence. Talk to your doctor.
