Psyllium will help: No need to soak psyllium for 8 hours. Just mix with glass of water and slug it down. Follow with another glass of water. Take enough psyllium that you are having a bowel movement each day, stool should be 10 inches long, and it should float. If you're not meeting those conditions, take more psyllium. Magnesium (500-1000 mg/day) will also help your constipation, Blood Pressure and diabetes.
