Freeze the pain: Cold usually dulls the pain from any tissue as it reduces nerve transmission but at the same time it will also reduce local blood flow (think frost bite!) which may not be a good idea. Your best answer would be a surgical treatment for the hemorrhoids and the fissure. Please consult a general surgeon for your options.
