Many: Sure! A vegan diet has no animal products at all. To lose weight eat less calories. High protein diets are unhealthy as we knew well before the Adkins craze (poor science) but forgot (The medical profession has Alzheimer's, I swear). ! cup of skim milk or cottage cheese, 2 slices of veggie cheese, 1 cup of legumes (lower fat ones, whole not mashed) are low calorie alternative to eggs.

Many, however...: Vegan diets are egg-free. However, you can add dairy to a vegan diet to have an egg-free vegetarian diet. However, having a B+ blood type is no reason to avoid eggs. I question the validity of the Blood Type diet, but according to it, eggs help Type B's lose weight.
