See a Sports Med MD: Often muscle spasm in the shoulder blades and neck can occur and cause the soreness you mention. However, there are other possibilities as well include worker upper limb disorder, thoracic outlet, myofascial pain and rotator cuff syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Thus a thorough evaluation to include Physiotherapy and possibly active release may be in order as directed by a MD. Keep us posted.
