I say No: If you'll read what these folks are posting, you'll discover the sponsors are all selling something. The ones I've seen have been promoting colloidal silver, a vicious and cynical fraud. I don't see the research piranhas at the NIH taking special precautions against airborne disease like happened during the SARS time. There's no cover-up -- these posts are sucker bait.
