Supportive care: Ebola has no cure or meaningful treatment other than to provide support to failing systems until the person recovers. The patient must be place in a level 4 isolation to prevent spread. In a rural village in an area with no real medical care calling in medicine sans frontiers might help, but most likely the village or at least all who are sick are doomed.

An adequate system: of medical care needs to be in place. The U.S. military is now on the ground in West Africa with both equipment and personnel to help address the 2014 Ebola Outbreak. Avoidance of contact is very important. Transmission is from someone who has signs of active infection via contact wi blood or bodily fluids or through contact wi contaminated objects.
