Are you sick?: Any measured finding has to be correlated with your condition. If you feel fine, then these values are okay. Do you smoke? If you feel bad: have shortness of breath, cough, fever, chest pain, etc. and if you repeat them and the numbers are the same, then you should get seen quickly. Either value can be normal, or indicate a problem, depending on what is going on at the time you measure them.
