No specific question: Shift work can significantly affect sleep; however, as it seems you have concerns beyond that diagnosis I would recommend that you continue the conversation with your physician to let them know about your previous issues and concerns that you are having. This "short question/answer" format is not going to serve you well in determining etiology and resolution.
