Sleep: It could be due to a number of things. More commonly (but less diagnosed) is sleep apnea.

Quiet hour: Try to rearrange your schedule so you go to bed at the same time every night. An hour before bedtime try to relax by listening to some soft music, read a light book or take a walk around the block.
