Is there any vaccine or instant treatment for diabetes which can cure completely on one time administration of medicine?

Wonderful if true: This would be a wonderful thing if this was possible. Diabetes is a dysregulation of insulin and blood sugar. Type one diabetes often results from decreased production of insulin from the pancreas. Type two diabetes results from the end organs, mostly muscle, not using insulin efficiently. Occasionally in type one diabetes a pancreas transplant can resolve the problem. no permanent fix yet.
