Blood On The Saddle?: Blood belongs in the blood vessels. Passage in the stool is not normal and needs to be investigated, unless it just happened once. But blood can still come out and you not see it. Whatever is causing it should be figured out by a doctor that knows what he's doing. You could get anemia or even lose so much that you get faint. Best to get it checked-out, no matter what you think caused it

Passing out, dying.: "Passing blood" in stool or alone is always dangerous and means something is seriously wrong. You should go to a hospital, quickly, and have someone with you. If you are drinking alcohol, you have to stop now as this could kill you. Sorry to be so frank, but you are young and you are in danger. Good luck!
