Vaginal strength!: Your problem is very common after childbirth, called stress incontinence. Muscles of the pelvic floor get weak with childbirth. You can notice how these muscles function when you hold the flow while peeing. Do this twice a day for 5 minutes. Place a finger in your vagina and squeeze finger with vagina for 5 seconds, then release. I found these exercises for you on the web! Yoga and Pilates too!
