Kegels, Pessary, ..: After vaginal delivery urine stress incontinence may occur which means bladder leakage with any pressure on the bladder (e.g. Cough, jump, run). Kegel exercises (tightening/loosening the muscles of rectum/bladder) may help. If severe your gyn can give you a pessary (a device that pushes bladder upward). The last resort is surgery.

See below: You can do exercises to strengthen the bladder muscles. If this continues you should have your doc see if you have a cystocele weakness of the wall of the bladder. Sometimes this requires surgical repair.
