Post0void dribble: Only "normal"cause for post-void dribble in boys is upward pressure from underpant elastic waistband on underside of penis. Dribble occurs when penis is released & urine remaining trapped in urethra is released. Uncommon causes of post-void dribble are urethral stricture or bladder or urethral diverticulum & might require urologic intervention.
