Incontinence: Postpartum incontinence affects almost a third of new moms. Many of these see resolution of the symptoms over time as the muscles in this are heal and the uterus shrinks. Kegel exercises help to strengthen the vaginal floor muscles and can hasten this return to normal. Weight loss, avoiding constipation, avoiding acidic drinks/foods can also help. If symptoms last >6 months talk to your DR.
