Long term AC: With known coagulation abnormalities & bilateral pulmonary emboli you have likely been advised to continue anti-coagulation (probably with warfarin) long term. Close monitoring is vital. If you have some heart issues, medications might be indicated & you should follow-up with a cardiologist. Diet: watch vit K on warfarin but otherwise fruits, veggies, healthy grains & fats, maintain heathy weight.
