Fever?: If your body temperature is over 100 degree F for no other reasons (not just a feeling of fever), the bites might have been infected since bug bites are not usually associated with a fever. (West Nile fever is a problem in many parts of the country from mosquito bites) If you truly have a fever, you need to see a doctor now. If not, then they will likely subside unless you see pus forming.
