2-yr old throws up around midnight (2~3 hrs into sleep) in the past few days, tonite only expectorated, no throw up, coughs a bit in the day, no fever?

Vomiting;toddlers: There may be a stomach flu or something that he caught. If he is better now, don't worry. If he is still throwing up u should consult ur pediatrician. Also, u should feed him smaller amount b4 he goes2bed if the vomiting persists. Since there is no vomiting in day time, it is unlikely he ingested a foreign body, but that is something to keep in mind for toddlers especially when no other symptoms.
